Do I need to sign a release form?
Yes — but it's quick and painless. Before filming day, we'll send you a short talent release form that you can sign digitally in under two minutes. It confirms you're happy for your footage to be used in ATC's video content, and covers the specific uses we've outlined in this guide.

Will I get to see the video before it's published?
Yes. ATC's team reviews all final videos before anything goes live. If there's a specific moment you're uncomfortable with, just let Kelvin know — we always want you to feel great about how your story is told. That said, we won't be able to accommodate re-shoots after the day wraps, so if anything comes up on filming day, flag it with us right then and there.

How long until I see the finished product?
Final edited videos are delivered to ATC by July 15, 2026 — roughly 5–6 weeks after filming. Our Head of Post-Production, Daniel, handles all editing and will keep ATC's team updated on progress through our project dashboard. You'll hear from Lynn once the content is ready to share.

Who owns the content?
ATC Healthcare owns all final video content. FranchiseFilming retains the right to use short clips and screenshots for our own portfolio and marketing — but we'll always reach out before featuring your footage publicly. If you'd like copies of the finished videos for your own local marketing use, just ask Lynn — they're a great asset for your own client and talent attraction.

What should I wear on filming day?
Business attire always photographs best. Here's what we recommend:

Great choices: Branded polos, company uniforms if you have them, or business casual — collared shirts, blazers, professional tops. These read clean and credible on screen and reinforce the ATC brand.

Avoid: Busy patterns, bright or neon colors, and white. Patterns can distort on camera, bright colors draw the eye away from your face, and white tends to blow out in studio lighting.

Come camera ready! We'll direct your positioning and fix any angles on-site — so don't stress about that. Just arrive feeling confident in what you're wearing and we'll handle the rest.

Do I need to prepare anything before filming day?
Nothing you wouldn't do for a normal day at the office. We'll send your question guide in advance so you can read through it — but please don't memorize or script your answers. The most powerful footage we get is always the unscripted version.

What if I say something I'm not happy with on camera?
No problem at all — this happens on every shoot. Just say "can we go again?" and we'll reset and try it a different way. There are no wasted takes. Our editor, Daniel, only uses the moments that truly represent you well — nothing awkward, nothing off-brand, nothing you wouldn't be proud to share. The goal is always for you to love how you look and sound.
